If you placed your order (and paid for it online) before 16:00 (Central European Time) on weekdays, your order will still be shipped out the same day. 

As soon as it has been packed, we send a tracking code to the email address you have provided, which you can use to check the whereabouts of your package.

For a first indication of your size, please check the available size chart on the product page. Men’s sizing for Jiu Jitsu Gis is labeled by the letter ‘A’, women’s sizing by ‘F’ and kid’s sizing by ‘M’. 

The numbers run from small to large, so A0 is the smallest size and A5 the largest. If you have a normal build, choose one of these sizes (A0, A1 etc.) depending on your length and weight.

L sizes (e.g. A2L) are for people with a lanky body type, so relatively longer arms and legs. These sizes come with longer sleeves and pants sleeves. H sizes (e.g. A2H) are for a more stocky build, are wider than a regular A2.

• If you wish to return one or more items, please send us an email at info@groundforcegear.com and mention your name, order number, the items that will be returned, the reason for your return, and whether you would like an exchange.
• Return the item(s) unworn & unwashed, with all tags still attached, in the original packaging.
• Return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

• After receiving your return, we strive to process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
• Ground Force does not offer free returns.
• If you would like to exchange an item, we will send the new item to you for free. If there is a second exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
• In order to avoid exchanges due to wrong sizing, we advise you to use the size charts available on our website.
• Exchanges are not available for customers purchasing from outside of the EU.
• For customers purchasing from outside of the EU, we refund the value of the items returned to us, minus the cost of the initial purchase shipment charge.
